At SGT, our focus remains hospitality management and advisory, supporting owners and developers from early strategy through ex*****on and operations. In parallel, GT Capital Partners is our development and investment platform, formed to lead our own hospitality and mixed-use projects as principals. With several active opportunities in the pipeline and formal joint ventures underway, we’re excited to begin sharing more of what we’re building in the months ahead.
