From Nominee to a Legend ! ✨✨✨✨✨🏳️‍🌈

Our CEO, George Neary , received The Legend Award from the Miami-Dade Lgbtq+ & Allied Chamber of Commerce - Mdglcc on April 25. George has dedicated his life to public service and to preserving the history and spirit of , and at Tours “R” Us Miami & Miami Beach we feel incredibly proud and thankful for all the support from the community and our dear friends at the Chamber of Commerce.

A true living legend in Miami Beach, George took the night as another opportunity to shine, wearing a cape that perfectly captured his spirit: “All That Glitter Is George.” He lit up the room with the charisma, elegance, and passion that have defined him for so many years. This achievement is one more reason to celebrate, grow stronger, and continue inspiring more leaders, more legends, and more visibility for the LGBTQ+ community. It is also a reminder that together we are strong, united, and unstoppable.

Congratulations to every single one of the winners!

Top honors included the Legend Award presented to George Neary. The Excellence in Business Leadership Award went to Ralph Cutié, while Maryel Epps received Performer of the Year. The Civic Impact Award was presented to Gabriel J. Páez, and Officer Vanessa Gonzalez was recognized as an Emerging Leader.

The Legends Awards continue supporting programs focused on entrepreneurship, leadership development, and economic inclusion for LGBTQ+ and allied communities.

We’re thrilled to welcome Meg Lousteau as the new Executive Director bringing over 20 years of experience in historic preservation and community engagement.

As a tour company passionate about the beauty and history of Miami Beach’s Art Deco District, we celebrate this new chapter for MDPL and thanks to George T. Neary our CEO for his inspiring leadership through the years.
