On Thursday, I had the opportunity to tour the Cunard Queen Elizabeth cruise ship.
Cunard is a lesser known cruise line, but it's been around for 185 years! The Queen Elizabeth is a luxury cruise ship launched in 2010, named after the original 1938 Cunard liner, and is known for its elegant Art Deco-inspired interiors and refined atmosphere. The ship underwent a major refurbishment in 2025, updating its venues, technology, and comfort features for the modern traveler, while maintaining a nostalgic, glamorous feel with activities like afternoon tea in the Garden Lounge and ballroom dancing.
It is named in honor of the original Queen Elizabeth, one of Cunard's most iconic ships from the 1930s.
The ship can carry over 2,000 passengers, but was designed for an uncrowded, luxurious atmosphere with spacious decks and elegant public rooms, providing a relaxing and refined vacation.
I can't wait to sail on the ship someday, and would love to take a few of you with me! Just wait until you see the rest of the ship!
