Well big house cleaning this week in the baggage car I have been using for storage. So gone are all the Budd china toilets and brass latches. Just going to sell them to the scrapper. I have been holding on to so many parts thinking someone may need them, but it's like my 26 Superliner coach seats I tried to give away for free...but they ended up at the Miami dump. Sad...but you can only hold on to stuff for so long. If it doesn't fit Silver Palm or Treasure its gone. I'm not getting any more railcars. I also found lots of stuff I didn't know I even had...so it pays to get rid of junk. The heavy weight baggage I have been using and caring for is going to become a new power car for the Museum. I'll still have a coupler shelving units in there for air brake hoses, valves and electrical conduit till I can install that under Silver Treasure. Hard and hot work, but a good freedom feeling to see it gone.

New dead bolts in Silver Treasure. Took the lock smith 2 hours each. These 1948 Budd cars were made out of hard stainles...
