This year we made some big leaps and jumped into our walking tour in the Oregon District before we felt truly ready. Kayla Simonton had compiled years worth of research and combed through the best parts to create our script. We set a kickoff date and I started learning the tour and route in what I thought was gonna be plenty of time...

Well, there's an old saying, If you wanna make God laugh, make a plan... we had a huge event planned at a location that sadly had to close their doors. It threw us into action mode because of the revenue lost and we expeditiously walked our path over and over and over in a matter of 2 days in thunderstorms. We were soaked to the bone, freezing and exhausted. But, we had it down, and that weekend of our cancelled event we ran our first District After Dark Tour.

It was a success! We have met so many wonderful business owners, new guests and many out of towners! I think the actual state of Oregon is the farthest distance so far! We have fallen in love with everything the Oregon District is, tree lined streets, brick lined streets... and all the wonderful people!! We are truly humbled by this entire experience. We have one night of this season left for this particular tour! Join us October 24th at 7pm to learn the history and possibly experience a few hauntings along the way!

I'm not gonna lie, this past weekend at ISS Ryan Humberger presented us with this thoughtful gift and Kayla and I's allergies started acting up.... haha we definitely didn't get teary eyed AT ALL. This thoughtful gift is not only beautiful, it encompasses the true Magic that we feel every time we step foot in the district. Thank you for this Ryan, this piece means more to us than you know.

We can't wait to see you all for our last night of the season! Grab your tickets on our website! Link in About Section in bio. We are also going to be starting our search for some walking tour guides for next season! Stay tuned!

One thing we've learned at Dunham is that they love walkie talkies!! If you listen at the end of this clip, you'll hear something come through our walkie!

As we headed up there last night we were in the midst of a crazy storm, so we knew the energy would be high!!

We tested out the guided tickets, with Megan in the lead and Katie in training! Guests were hearing audible voices, some even had breath on the back of their neck! Great responses with equipment too!! It was a great night all around. If you missed last night, come out for our guided investigation on 9/11 with Chrissy and Megan, or our next public 10/23!

Tonight's the night. Double Header, and you get to choose your experience.

Will you wander through an old elementary school and see if Larry decides to talk to you tonight in the Dry Goods Room? Or will you walk the halls of the former occupational therapy building, where tuberculosis patients once spent their days trying to heal? Two completely different nights. Two completely different kinds of chills. You cannot go wrong, you can only pick which one is calling you.

Here's how it works. Poasttown is free roam for 4 or 8 hrs. Dunham gives you the choice, guided or free roam, whichever you're feeling. Either way, I promise you a great night.

Haven't grabbed your ticket yet? No problem, pay cash or Venmo right at the door. But if you want to guarantee your spot, grab it in advance! Poasttown, enter through Door 4, right by the picnic tables. Dunham, park on the street or the lot to the right of the building and come in through the main door.

See you Friday. Choose your adventure.

Picture this: candlelight flickering across a room that hasn't changed much in over a hundred years. Actors moving through history right in front of you, Victorian séances, spirit rappings, the birth of mediumship, brought to life like you stepped through a door into another century by Amber Lutes.

Then the technology changes. Austin Maynard, a great mind in modern ITC research, steps in with tools most people have never seen outside of a tv show. He & Gregory will use Real-time communication devices. A live session where the room goes quiet and everyone listens for what comes through. Nobody knows what will happen. That's the point.

And when the night reaches its close, fourth generation medium Gregory Nicholas takes the floor for a gallery reading, connecting with spirit and delivering messages meant for the people sitting right in front of him. VIP delivers an event more intimate experience with less guests.

Between it all, themed cocktails inspired by the Spiritualist movement itself will be moving through the crowd, drinks built for a night like this one, made for sipping slow while you wait to see who else is listening in the room with you.

This is Spiritualism Throughout the Ages. One night. The historic Arts Center at Dunham. October 3rd.

History, technology, and the other side, all in the same room, all at once.

Tickets are limited. Once they're gone, this exact night doesn't happen again.

Have you been to Amber Rose Restaurant? Ok, Better Question... have you been to Amber Rose once the lights go out??
The Amber Rose Supper Series gives you the entire night. Salad. Shared Appetizers. A full dinner. Dessert. Drinks. Gratuity. All of it, before we even start investigating. Then we take you on a tour of the building and share the real history and hauntings, the story of the family who lived upstairs, what guests and staff have reported over the years. And then we go in there together and investigate it ourselves.

A full meal, real history, and a hands on paranormal investigation, all in one ticket, inside a building that has stood on Valley Street since 1910. This started as Sig's General Store and Deli, built by Sigmund Ksiezopolski, and it was the heart of Dayton's North Dayton Polish community for decades. People lived here. A family raised their children in those very rooms upstairs, and some believe one of them never really left. Chickie is very well known, and guests have even seen a woman in white looking out the upstairs window!

Not everyone wants the whole night, and that is completely fine. If you just want a taste of what this place is, we also offer a flashlight tour only option. Experience the full dinner experience, and then stay to hear the history and hauntings, then head home before the lights go out fully! It is the perfect way to dip your toes in before you decide you're ready for the whole thing.

Full night or just a taste, either way you are walking into over a hundred years of history that has never quite let go.

Only 10 spots for the full Supper Series. Grab yours before this sells out. We're headed back 9/19! Grab your tickets in the comments!

I need you to understand something about Indiana State Sanatorium before you book this one. This is the location that separates casual fans from real paranormal investigators.

We are talking massive. Multiple buildings...
Multiple areas to explore, multiple experiences packed into one property, this is not a quick walk through a single room and call it a night. This is a beast of a location, and the activity here matches the size of it.

This is the one where you actually hear voices. Full, audible voices. People get touched here. We have caught EVPs of both human voices and old medical equipment, still somehow making sound decades later. I have personally heard footsteps running straight at me, and I have heard them running straight away from me. Both.

And it does not stop at the walls. The grounds and tunnels here are just as active as the buildings themselves. This whole property carries it. The past is not resting here. It is very much alive, still moving through these halls and across this land like no time has passed at all.

If you want the full experience, we have one sleepover room left and a few tickets remaining. We are also offering the Exclusive Hour for this one where only a few tickets will be sold for this add on. You get the whole campus to yourselves in the last hour for a free roam opportunity!

Do not miss this one. 9/5
