They speak an ancient language, brought here over 500 years ago.

They are the Arbëreshë—descendants of Albanian refugees who fled their homeland and found a new one in Southern Italy.

And they never let go of who they were.

Today, their traditions are still alive:
Byzantine churches, unique rituals, and a language that survived centuries.
