🌿🍷 Culinary Adventure in Green Spain 🌿🍷

I had the opportunity to attend an incredible Green Spain event hosted by Green Spain and Turespaña. Chef Iñaki Bretal, a Michelin-starred master of Galician cuisine, prepared an unforgettable menu that included crab, oysters, beautifully cooked beef, and a selection of desserts with perfectly paired wines that highlighted the region’s character.

I learned so much about what makes Green Spain such a unique and diverse destination, from its landscapes and culture to its rich culinary traditions. I felt truly honored to be invited on behalf of ASTA and grateful for the chance to grow as an advisor through experiences like this.

I cannot wait to share the beauty of Green Spain with my clients, and I am already dreaming about visiting myself. 🌿🇪🇸✨

☀️Thank you, Martinique 🇲🇶☀️

My time in Martinique with the NYC ASTA Board of Directors was truly unforgettable. A heartfelt thank you to La Villa Suites for their exceptional hospitality and for welcoming us so warmly. The property is absolutely beautiful, with thoughtful touches that make every moment feel special.
I am also incredibly grateful to the Martinique Tourism Board, especially Valerie Vulcain, for hosting us. The visit was rich, meaningful, and wonderfully organized. It was an experience that showcased the very best of the island.

Our dinner at La Pagerie Hotel was exceptional, and we truly appreciated the warm service and delicious cuisine. Our visit to Musée La Pagerie also provided wonderful insight into the island’s history and added even more depth to our experience.

A special thank you as well to Carole de Laval and her team at Bambou Resort for a fantastic lunch and an insightful tour of the property. Their warmth and professionalism made the experience even more enjoyable.

Lastly, thank you to the staff at Club Med for taking the time to show us around their grounds. It was a pleasure to explore another beautiful corner of Martinique.

I am so grateful for the hospitality, care, and passion shown by everyone we met. Martinique is truly a gem, and this visit has made me even more excited to share its beauty with my clients and community.

🍜🥟🍩 Secret Food Tours: New York City ✨

I had the most amazing time on the Secret Food Tour of Chinatown and Little Italy, with our incredible guide, David. 🙌 He was knowledgeable, fun, and made the experience seamless as we explored not only these iconic neighborhoods but also Nolita and the Lower East Side.

From savory dumplings in Chinatown to mochi donuts and a variety of sweet desserts across each neighborhood, every stop was packed with flavor. 🥟🍩🍰 Of course, we couldn’t miss the classic pizza in Little Italy! 🍕 Each bite came with stories of the history and culture that make these neighborhoods so vibrant. 🌆✨

This tour was the perfect blend of foodie adventure and cultural exploration, and David’s hospitality truly made it unforgettable. I can’t recommend Secret Food Tours enough, and I can’t wait to try more of their tours around the world! 🌍🍴
