Warranty info
Pentair clients under warranty can call Pentair Support to start a warranty ticket
Jandy clients can call Jandy Support to start a warranty ticket
If proof of purchase is required for them to enter you a warranty ticket, you can use your invoice or new construction contract
If you are not under warranty and have equipment issues, best practice is to shut the system off if not in freezing temps until someone can come out to evaluate.
