The magic of the river, how sweet it smells and how good you feel after a swim.

The afternoon light across the cornfield. We try hard to share what it is that makes Pond and Perch unique and special. And it comes down to the feeling you have when you’re out on the property, and then have the chance to settle and relax in the house. Each compliments the other, and both work together to give you a space to make memories. Come visit and see for yourself!

We spent the last few days building a sauna at Pond and Perch, and it’s now live! The boys put it through an inaugural session and you can see how great the view, the vibe, and the steam really is. We are SO EXCITED to have added this (we love it) and are excited to share it with all of our guests. Happy 2026 summer season!
