My next client highlight is actually of a family. Several years ago, a couple reached out to us for help organizing their home. Over the next several months, Katie, Camie, Chase and I got to know them very well, and the husband even taught us a little extracurricular meditation class one evening since he’s great at it and is a natural teacher. The wife and I have a similar background in music and enjoyed swapping stories.

Fast forward a handful of years, and he reached out again, this time to help his aging mother move out of her family home of several decades. Her adult children came to help during the process. I have to say she is one of the most hardworking, articulate, gracious, kind and classy ladies we’ve ever had the privilege of working with. Everyone LOVED being on this job; almost the whole team helped.

A week ago, she called and asked if I’d like to come pick up some of the used boxes. I went to her new home for a visit and we sat down and chatted for a good half hour. It filled my soul to just stop and have a moment of community with this sweet woman.

Kindness follows generations…and that was certainly true in this family. Thank you for creating such a loving and friendly work environment for our team.
