Attributed to Daniel Pratt, this Milledgeville Federal, two-story clapboard features distinctive trails, the raised fan motif in the pediment, and the cantilevered balcony. The front door is a crusader's cross design, and over it is an elliptical fanlight. A unique feature of "The Cedars" are the two large Ionic columns that are reeded, rather than fluted.
