Attributed to Daniel Pratt, this Milledgeville Federal, two-story clapboard features distinctive trails, the raised fan motif in the pediment, and the cantilevered balcony. The front door is a crusader's cross design, and over it is an elliptical fanlight. A unique feature of "The Cedars" are the two large Ionic columns that are reeded, rather than fluted.

The original framework of this one-story clapboard, Greek Revival house, known as "The Old Parsonage," indicates that at one time the rooms to the rear supported a second story. The addition of more "pretentious" front rooms and a porch with a ceiling of hand-planed boards came later. The front door has a rectangular transom with sidelights.

Built by Mr. and Mrs. Frank Bone, this two-story English Tudor brick house was designed from one in Surrey, England. In 1979, Truett Cathy deeded it to Georgia College to serve as the university's center for alumni affairs. Today, it is once again a private residence.
