OVERNIGHT VIP GHOST HUNT. Sunday November 22. Exclusive use of the whole Historic General Stanton Inn, Charlestown, Rhode Island.
General Stanton died upstairs in this inn in December 1821. He's buried in the garden. Guests still get tapped on the shoulder from behind with nobody there. Bartenders have watched doorknobs turn on empty rooms. A girl in a white bonnet peers around corners in the guest bedrooms. In the dining room, staff feel a cat brush their ankles. There is no cat.
For one night, we have every key. From 8PM to 2AM, investigate the entire building with our team and professional equipment: the 1667 schoolhouse, the colonial guest rooms, the second-floor hallway, the Prohibition Room and the tavern where Washington's spies met and Capone drank. Structured vigils until midnight, then free roam and Estes Method sessions until 2AM.
Then stay. 14 rooms only. Sleep in the colonial rooms the General knew, with their beams, fireplaces and the 1740 staircase. Or take his actual bedroom. Once general admission leaves at 2AM, overnight guests have the whole inn to themselves for as long as they can last.
Ghost hunt from $149. Overnight rooms for two from $399. Rooms are first come, first served and will go.
