The annual Santa Rampage is this Saturday so if you are in Milwaukee and happen to see thousands of Santa's riding bicycles it's not a Christmas mirage:) This is one SUPER FUN holiday event that is now organized by the Wisconsin Bike Fed.

What can be better than riding a bike dressed as Santa(Elves, reindeer, Mrs. Claus, etc.) and enjoying a few beers along the way. If you would like more information here is the link http://bfw.org/events/event/santa-cycle-rampage-2/

We will be there with bells on...literally! If you are joining the Santa Rampage and need a bike to rent, just drop us note, we will be happy to deliver the bike(s) right to the start of the ride.

It's a beautiful day in Milwaukee! Great weather to get out on a bike and check out the Halloween decorations.

We had a great time with the Alverno Alums on our Forest Home Cemetery tour yesterday. The weather was perfect and the company even better. Thanks Brooke, Lisa, and Brandi, hope you enjoyed the tour:)

It's homecoming weekend for my Alma Mater, Alverno College. We are especially excited because we have designed a special bike tour to Forest Home Cemetery for the alums. October is a great time to hang out in a cemetery:)
Looking forward to the ride and visiting with my Alverno College family again.

I can smell the brats and giant pretzels from here. It's Octoberfest time in Milwaukee and Sunday looks like it is going to be a great day to ride (it's a bye week for the Packers). Here is a suggested ride for the weekend. Start at the Urban Ecology Center and take the trail to the Hubbard Park Beer Garden which has great views of the river. Continue on the trail heading north to Estabrook Park Beer Garden, America's 1st public beer garden since prohibition! Make sure to bring a $5 deposit for the the stein. Then head north through the park to Hampton Ave, turn right and pick up the Oak Leaf trail heading north to Edgewater Ln, follow Edgewater to visit our friends at the Bavarian Bierhaus. If you haven't been to the Bavarian Bierhaus you will be amazed at that great job they have done with remodeling, they now brew their own beer. Round trip this ride is about 8.5 miles. If you haven't had you fill of beer gardens you can also check-out the Marcus Center Octoberfest in Pere Marquette Park.
