It is not as easy as putting a piece of sandpaper on a sander and sending it, the results can cost you thousands. Luckily we were able to salvage the floors for these clients.

Just finished doing a tear out of carpet and partical board and installed new 3in character grade hickory along with hickory treads and risers. This one threw some curve balls but nothing we couldn't handle.

Just brought life back into these solid red oak floors for a very nice family in Franklin. These floors were worn through with pitting and discoloration. When having your floors refinished, please let the professionals do it. It can cost you double if there not done correctly. These pictures are a floor that was recently refinished incorrectly and the finish started to flake off. I went in and resanded everything off the floor and brought them back.
