Marco Pollo Global Cluck Truck Beginning in 2014, Marco Pollo-Global Cluck Truck, hit the streets to join the local food truck scene.

The concept is a combined effort of Stewart Lerner and Lydia Tai. Their inspiration for Marco Pollo comes from years of international travel and adventurous eating and from Lydia's native Taiwan. MP's famous crispy chicken is from a secret family recipe and is served with a rotation of authentic from “scratch” sauces from Thailand, China, India, Creole Country, Japan, Mexico/Texas and Buffalo, N.Y

. Look for our truck around Milwaukee at varying farmer’s markets, festivals, and at local businesses. We love catering parties, corporate events, wedding receptions, and post-wedding reception snacks.
