Thinking of warmer and Better Days ahead!

Although everyone at the lake is snowed in right now there is no better time to lock in your reservations for the coming warmer months! Most weekends in February are still open and Spring Break weeks are still available.

We are back on AirBnB for 2026 but you can always book directly through Vacasa to save more on fees. Summer time minimum nights have also been reduced for those interested in shorter summer getaways.

Every year in July we rent to our next door neighbors for 4 nights for a large family reunion they host. Happy to do it for them (great people!) but this is an exception to the summer time 7 night minimum that creates the opportunity on the front and back end for some shorter summer getaways for you that are hard to find at Lake Anna!

The first open date is a 5 night stay from Friday night (check in at 4pm) the 12th of July to Wednesday morning the 17th of July (check out at 10).

The second open date is another 5 night stay from Sunday the 21st (check in at 4 pm) until Friday the 26th of July (check out by 10 am). These are the last openings this summer!

Great and rare opportunity to book a last-minute vacation at Lake Anna less than 2 hours from DC and an hour from Richmond. Enjoy fishing and swimming off the dock, room to dock a 23 foot boat with key access to the boat ramp and common area beach, and party the night away at the 780 square foot air conditioned gameroom with a newly refurbished 8 foot Connelly pool table, bar, reclining loungers, streaming services, Xbox, Nintendo switch, and retro Nintendo games!
