ST DANG BBQ around just let us know. All we ask is that you contact us ahead of time, so that we can prepare and give you the best BBQ experience you’ve ever had! First of all we cater to what you want. We give you an extensive list of meats, sides, and desserts to choose from. If you don’t see the item on the menu that you want, just let us know and we will do our best to provide that item. We also bring our smokers to each event so you can see how and what we are smoking. Unlike most other caters we do not charge an extra fee for cooking on site. If you would rather us just deliver your food and leave, we can do that as well! The options are endless with the Smoke Magicians. You can mix and match any of the foods we offer and you are not confined to pre-determined menu meals. We love to interact with all individuals at the event and have no problem with letting someone spray the ribs or add some more wood to the firebox!
