A rune signature, Setesdal-inspired details and a connection to the Gol Stave Church. ⛪✨ We got an unexpected treat this week when woodcarver Paul Carlson stopped by the Visitor Center and shared the stories behind his work. ⚒️ Look for his signature and the date 1998 carved into the front portal, then head outside to see the south gable inspired by Norway’s Setesdal carving tradition. 🏔️
