We want to make your trip as effortless, enjoyable, and entertaining as possible! For our guests' convenience and use, we offer the following amenities inside the home (please be respectful and return all items):

That sugary, white, sandy beach and emerald green water you came for is less than a 2 minute walk from your back patio! Just roll the beach cart over the road and down the ramp. There's public restroom access and a beachside cafe/bar at Pompano Joe's, so you won't even need to take the short stroll back home if you don't wanna!
The low-rise (34 unit) Blue Surf Community shares a pool in the middle of our lush, green lawn with tables and lounge chairs for relaxing.
Pompano Joe's beachside bar & restaurant is handily located across the street and open for lunch, dinner, and, of course, Happy Hour!
There are a few souvenir stores, restaurants, a coffee shop, and a bike/scooter renter all within walking distance of Blue Surf 18.
Also in Destin are two outdoor shopping centers, numerous golf courses, Big Kahunas Waterpark, family amusement parks, axe throwing, a trampoline park, bowling, movie theaters, and plenty of places to savor an amazing meal!

THE SPACE
Our roomy two-story, two bedroom townhouse is casually decorated with bright, coastal charm.
Relish in the fact that by staying at Blue Surf 18, you don't have to hassle with any elevators when loading & unloading, walking over to the beach with all your gear, or heading out for the night. And there is no huge parking lot to search for a spot in when you've been out all day. Your two designated parking spaces are right outside the door.
Blue Surf Townhomes are a low-rise community set up in a horseshoe layout with all of the properties (34 units) overlooking the beautifully landscaped lawn, pool, and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The pool is only a few short steps away from the back patio and offers plenty of seating for a lazy Florida day. And the beach is a mere 90 second stroll past that.
This home features a great floor plan with the master bedroom and full bathroom upstairs alongside the living room with sleeper sofa, sectional, and coffee bar. After a restful night's sleep in the comfy queen bed, grab your coffee and enjoy the sights and sounds from the second story balcony. You won't be able to resist taking your turn in our swinging chair and may want to stay for a midday nap.
The kitchen, another full bathroom, and guest bedroom are downstairs.
Our kitchen has a granite countertop over a cheerful red bar and all the cooking utensils you'll need including seafood tools, crockpot, & a 24 qt stock pot and basket for steaming fresh seafood right at home. On the other hand, you may just decide to flip some burgers in the yard on one of the outdoor grills.
Step right outside the guest room's sliding glass door and polish off your lunch or dinner at the patio table. The indoor dining area showcases photos of some of the local areas, attractions, and restaurants - one of which is sitting directly across Scenic Gulf Drive - Pompano Joe's Seafood House.
Spend the evening walking the beach moon gazing and sand crab hunting before you snuggle up in the living room to catch up on some reading or binge watching.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
This property sits adjacent to Scenic Gulf Drive which is a quaint two-lane road that runs for a few miles along the Gulf passing beaches, neighborhoods, resorts, restaurants, and townhouse communities like ours. There's a recreation trail along the road, and a bike/scooter rental shop within walking distance. Depending on how far you want to go, there are also a few restaurants, a coffee shop, and a number of souvenir stores which can be reached on foot.
Pompano Joe's Seafood Restaurant is directly across the street from the Blue Surf, and it is delicious! They even have a beach bar you can walk up to from your spot on the sand to get a snack & drink and a volleyball net set up on the beach for playing.
If you like shopping, then you'll love the Silver Sands Premium Outlets and Destin Commons Shopping Center. Both are only a very short car ride from our townhouse.
A couple of miles east of us in San Destin, you'll find The Village at Baytowne Wharf. It has something for everyone in the family! There are loads of appetizing restaurants, ice cream shoppes, retail shopping, and a whole bunch of fun activities like zip lining, a 4-story high ropes course (and a smaller one for younger kids), a carousel, and a dueling piano bar. The Baytowne Wharf sits on the Choctawhatchee Bay which boasts a marina and fishing pier where you'll definitely want to watch at least one sunset.
And of course, there are lots of golf courses throughout the area. Take your pick, if you like to golf, and set up a tee time!
