I don’t normally take pictures of my food to post, but when you catch fish in the ocean (vermilion snapper) and have it cleaned and take it to Dewey’s to blacken it, you have all the fish you can eat for the week. Caught 11 pounds worth cleaned to 6 pounds, got two more pounds to eat, but it’s delicious.
