Placing a large order at Home Depot to get started on our winter projects, I noticed security cameras on sale and thought I should get some. The insanity struck me. We're more in danger of being extorted by the HOA in a gated community than we are by being victimized by criminals in the real world.

Jan and I saw a place, not yet on the market. It would be a perfect B&B. We're drooling over the potential but we had a frank conversation and decided that we preferred our private, introverted lifestyle.
