Snowbirds, I need you!
The details:
Our condo at Mainsail on the Gulf Coast in Miramar Beach FL is open for the first time in many years for a Snowbird rental. The condo is Not available from Jan. 25-Feb. 7. BUT the first 3 weeks in January are open, Jan. 1-24. Opens up again on Feb. 8 until the end of March. During these times we have Snowbird rates. Minimum 30 day stay to receive the Snowbird rate. Also, much of December is open making arrival around New Years Eve an option if you don’t want to wait until January 1.
Price - $86/nt plus $224 for clean and one car parking fee. This rate is valid only for a minimum stay of 30 nights. The total is $3140.48. There is an extra charge for any additional vehicles that stay overnight.
