🏡✨ 13 bedrooms, 11 baths, room for 40, this one's built for the whole family, or the whole wedding party.

Over 12,000 sq ft across three floors, an elevator to move between them, a billiards room, a resort-style pool and spa, and an outdoor bar with dual grills for the nights everyone's outside anyway. 450 feet to the beach, gated, with parking for seven cars so nobody's arguing over rideshares.

Big enough that everyone gets their own space and still ends up in the same kitchen anyway.

🌿🏛️ A Tuscan-inspired home built around its own 2,000 sq ft lagoon-style pool, arched windows, limestone balconies, rich wooden doors.

4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, room for 11, and a heated hot tub for the evenings. Beach access is a five-minute walk, tucked inside a gated community, with Silver Sands and a handful of local restaurants close by if you want to leave at all.

The kind of place that feels like its own retreat before you even get to the water.

🌲🚲 Local tip: Point Washington State Forest, miles of shaded hiking and biking trails just past the dunes.

Most people come to 30A for the water and never realize there's a whole forest a few minutes inland. Cooler, quieter, and a nice change of pace on a hot afternoon.

1 bedroom, 1 bath, and room for 4, an easy, uncomplicated stay for a couple or a small family. Three community pools, a hot tub, and live music downstairs at Shelbie's if you feel like staying out late. Or don't, the balcony view is enough some nights.

Simple, walkable, right on 30A.

🏖️🔥 Direct beachfront, 75 feet of it, with a walkover that puts you on the sand in seconds.

5 bedrooms, 4 baths, and room for 13, a heated pool, a hot tub, and an outdoor kitchen with a Green Egg smoker for the nights nobody wants to leave the deck. Floor-to-ceiling Gulf views from multiple levels, and beach chairs and umbrellas set up for you when you get there.

This is the kind of stay where the beach is just outside the door.

Isaias tested our community this past week, and we’re grateful to everyone who kept each other safe.

When Walton County issued its mandatory evacuation, we made a simple promise: no guest would be left out of pocket because of a storm they couldn’t control. Every guest affected by the evacuation was offered a full refund or the option to reschedule, and our reservations team personally reviewed each case.

For our homeowners, we stayed in touch every step of the way:

Multiple updates as Isaias began targeting our area
A clear plan of action before decisions were made, with time for their input
Progress reports as our team finished storm prep at every home
Updates on how each home fared, as soon as it was safe to return

Our team prepped every home, got guests out safely, and then evacuated or sheltered in place themselves. As soon as the all-clear came, they were back on the ground checking on every property.

Now we’re resetting homes as quickly as possible so we can welcome guests back to the Emerald Coast.

To our guests, owners, and team: THANK YOU for your patience and trust. This is what we mean when we say we treat every home like our own and every guest like family.
