I am somewhat sad to say, that we have sold Islander 504. We decided that having all of our eggs in one basket was not the best thing for us, having two units in the same building. The new owners plan on renting 504 so it will still be there and of course we still own 704.

We plan on buying a unit at the Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin so everyone make sure to watch here for that announcement. It will be a different feel than the 704 condo. More of a resort with a resort pool and walking to restaurants and entertainment so may be new for some of you to try out!
