Sept/Oct are the best months of the year to visit Destin/Miramar Beach, we're there now! Usually these months are fully booked at Landon by the Sea. We had a couple cancellations, so great savings at Landon by the Sea.
Beachfront Townhouses this time of year run weekly $2,900-$3,200 base, with fees and FL taxes $3,900 +

Book Landon 2 or 3, April 12-19th or 19-26th, seven nights, for only $2650 total, including fees and taxes.
Snow is long gone. Landon's summer, fall, and winter bookings are very strong however this spring's bookings at the Destin area are still light. With area spring breaks starting March 8th, most companies are still expecting bookings to fill in. The good news is there are some great rates now. As bookings come in the computers adjust rates back up, book now at Landonbythesea.com
