People always say, “We’ll take that trip when the kids are older…” but let’s be honest, there’s never a perfect time. Life’s busy. Don’t wait. Take the vacation. Make the memories. Your kids won’t remember a spotless house or how many activities were crammed into the week. They’ll remember the trip. The belly laughs. The nighttime swims. The goofy selfies. The moments you were fully present.

Now, you know we love Disney—it’s our happy place. But I also get that it’s not for everyone. And that’s okay! I see so many families doing Disney just because they think they should or because someone else did it. That’s not the reason to go. Do what fits your family. Whether that’s the beach, the mountains, a national park, or a cruise—pick what brings your crew joy. Don’t try and fit the “mold” or “follow the trend”. Don’t do what your friend did with her family, or what your sibling did with theirs…do YOU!

It doesn’t have to be big or fancy. Just go. Be together. These are the days that become your kids’ core memories. 🖤
