🌞 Summer Help Wanted – Property Maintenance (Part-Time) 🌿

Are you energetic, hands-on, and eager to learn? We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our team this summer! Whether you're curious about real estate investing, rental properties, or renovation projects, this role offers a great opportunity to gain experience and grow your skill set.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Performing general upkeep across multiple properties (light painting, pressure washing, small repairs)

- Handling seasonal yard maintenance (mowing, trimming, clean-up)

- Assisting with routine rental property inspections

Details:

>15–20 hours per week

> Flexible schedule — we’ll work with your availability, but hours must be consistent and regular

No experience? No problem! We’re happy to train the right person. What we’re really looking for is the right attitude — someone who is:
