🌸🌸 I spent the day at the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival 2026, and honestly, this is one of the best times of year to visit Walt Disney World. 🌸🌸

The topiaries were incredible, the booths were fun, and all the little details around EPCOT made the whole park feel like spring had officially arrived. It really is one of those festivals that completely changes the atmosphere of the park.

And yes… I absolutely committed to the food.

I tried 20 different food and drink items, with favorites including the Florida Strawberry Shortcake, Blackened Fish Slider, Conch Fritters, Cucumber-Watermelon Slushy, Scallop, Tuna Poke Bowl, Seafood Bake, Street Corn, Avocado Toast, Frushi, Japanese Curry Bread, Cinnamon Beignets, and the Orange Cream Bar.

I also made time for Butterfly Landing presented by AdventHealth, the English Tea Garden Tour presented by Twinings, and Blossoms of Fragrance presented by Scentsy. Even the merchandise was hard to resist. Spike the Bee and Orange Bird were all over the merch, which made it even more fun.

If you love food, flowers, Disney details, and a festival that feels fresh and fun from start to finish, Flower & Garden is absolutely worth experiencing.
