🌟 Meet the Team Monday 🌟

Say hello to Chris Burch, our incredible Quality Assurance Manager from Mobile, Alabama! Chris began his storm adjusting journey in 2011 after the Tuscaloosa Tornadoes and hasn’t looked back since.

As the youngest of 10 siblings, Chris brings a strong sense of family and dedication to everything he does. Outside of work, you’ll find him in the gym, challenging himself with new activities—like leveling up his tennis game! 🎾

Chris’s go-to comfort food is anything Mexican, and when he’s off the clock, there’s nothing he enjoys more than spending quality time with his family. On his bucket list? An African safari and a trip to Australia—two adventures that speak to his love for exploring different parts of the world. What he enjoys most about working at Mid America is getting to witness the company’s growth firsthand and being a part of that exciting journey.

🌟 Meet the Team Monday 🌟

Say hello to Stacy Story, our Chief Operating Officer and Partner at Mid-America. Based in Boerne, Texas, Stacy brings leadership, experience, and a true team-focused mindset to the table. His first real CAT storm deployment was in Lancaster, Wisconsin, where he spent three months in a small rural town responding to a major hail event—an experience that helped shape his foundation in the industry.

Stacy’s last name is Story, and in a fun twist of fate, his wife grew up in Story City, Iowa, located in Story County—coincidence or destiny? Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, hunting, fishing, and quality time with his family. His go-to comfort food is Mexican, and when he's off the clock, you’ll probably find him on the golf course.

A dream of his? To one day play Cypress Point Golf Club—drawn by its beauty, history, and undeniable mystique. When asked about his favorite part of working at Mid-America, Stacy doesn’t hesitate: it’s having his best friend as a business partner. That kind of camaraderie and trust is exactly what fuels the heart of Mid-America.
