I just have to get this off my chest.....some of y’all don’t need another motivational quote.....You need a BREAK, and a real one at that.

I'm not talking about sitting in the house answering emails with a candle burning in the background pretending that’s “self care.” Cause this ain't that, and what we NOT about to do is keep running on empty while everybody else gets the best version of you.

The women who travel with us always come back saying the same thing:

Girl.......“I didn’t realize how bad I needed this trip.”

One of the most powerful moments of the trip was the naming ceremony.

Each person was given an African name that reflected their identity, purpose, and heritage.

From the moment they stepped onto that red carpet, it was a whole experience. Every detail was intentional.

The charcuterie boxes? Curated.
Brunch at Soby’s? Handpicked.
The R&B wine festival? Nothing but vibes, music, and grown women energy all day.

No planning. No driving. No stress.
Just showing up, being poured into, laughing loud, and enjoying the moment.

And the best part?
