The weather is nice, folks come outside, and somehow every weekend there's something going on.

I just have to get this off my chest.....some of y’all don’t need another motivational quote.....You need a BREAK, and a real one at that.

I'm not talking about sitting in the house answering emails with a candle burning in the background pretending that’s “self care.” Cause this ain't that, and what we NOT about to do is keep running on empty while everybody else gets the best version of you.

The women who travel with us always come back saying the same thing:

Girl.......“I didn’t realize how bad I needed this trip.”

And babyyy… that hits every single time.
Because somewhere between the beach dinners, the laughter, the excursions, the music, and not having to think about anything for once…
