💍🌴 Just returned from CABO, and I’m reminded why I absolutely LOVE destination weddings! 🌊☀️

There is something so special about watching two people say “I do” in paradise, surrounded by the people they love most. ❤️

This past week, I had the privilege of traveling to beautiful Los Cabos for one of my couples' destination weddings. Being there in person was another reminder of just how much goes into making these celebrations unforgettable!

💙 October is Dyslexia & Dysgraphia Awareness Month

You may be wondering what this has to do with travel. For me, quite a bit. ❤️

Behind Waymaker Travel, I'm not just a travel advisor. I'm also a mom—and this year, after three years of searching for answers, my son was diagnosed with dyslexia and dysgraphia.

Those three years taught me a lot about advocating, asking questions, looking beyond what you see on the surface, and recognizing that different doesn't mean less.

And while this isn't your typical travel post, it connects to something I believe strongly in at Waymaker Travel:

Everyone deserves to feel understood, supported and included.

Whether that's a child who learns differently in the classroom, a traveler with sensory needs, a family navigating a disability, or someone who simply needs a little extra support to experience the world comfortably—inclusion matters.

It's one of the reasons I've worked to further my education in accessible and inclusive travel, including becoming a Certified Autism Travel Professional.

Travel isn't one-size-fits-all. Neither are people. 💙
