💡 Create a “Jet Lag Day.”

Instead of returning home the night before work, try adding an extra day between your vacation and your regular routine.

That extra day gives you time to:

✨ Unpack

✨ Do laundry

✨ Adjust to time zone changes

✨ Organize photos

✨ Ease back into everyday life

After spending time and money on an amazing trip, the last thing you want is to feel rushed and exhausted the moment you get home.
