🎣🐟 We switched gears yesterday during our off season from walleye and salmon and fished for some lake sturgeon instead.

The North Channel Sturgeon Classic is an annual fishing tournament that brings families, anglers, and the local fishing community together to celebrate Lake Sturgeon and the Great Lakes fishery.

Yesterday we had the opportunity to participate in the 12th Annual North Channel Sturgeon Classic on our family’s boat!

As a family-owned fishing charter business, fishing is about more than putting fish in the boat—it’s about spending time together, making memories, and sharing our passion for the outdoors.

Events like this highlight the importance of conservation and protecting our Great Lakes fisheries for future generations. We’re proud to support a fishing community that works together to preserve these incredible resources.

Thank you to everyone who puts in the time and effort to make events like this possible! 🎣 We had a great time and it’s a different type of fishing for these fish and a unique experience to be up close and personal with a prehistoric species that is bigger than the fish we are used to.

From our family to yours, tight lines!

⚓️ THAT’S A WRAP ON THE 2026 SEASON! 🎣

Today, the Tiara officially came out of the water. 😢🚤

From early mornings and beautiful sunrises to rough days, big fish, little fish, laughs, and memories made on the water — it has been a season for the books.

A HUGE thank you to every single one of our customers who chose Net Dreams Charters this year. Whether you were chasing your first walleye, filling the cooler with salmon, bringing the family out, or just looking for a great day on the water — we’re grateful you spent it with us.

And thank you to everyone who follows, shares, recommends, likes, comments, and supports our fishing business also to those incredible selfless people behind the scenes- help make all of this possible!

The boat may be out of the water, but we’re already looking forward to 2027. 🎣

We are switching gears the next few weeks and concentrating on whitetails after the boat gets winterized, wrapped and stored…..Until next season…
Keep dreaming of the next big one. 🐟💙

It’s hard to believe another incredible salmon season is coming to an end! 🐟 As we get ready to pull the boat out of the water, we’re taking a moment to look back on all the great days, big fish, laughs, and memories made on the water this season.

Soon it’ll be time to clean her up, knock out some routine maintenance, get everything winterized, and finish the season with a fresh shrink wrap. 🛠️❄️🚤

While we’re always a little sad to see the season come to an end, there’s something special about getting the boat ready for its winter rest — because we know what’s waiting on the other side… another season of action packed walleye and salmon fishing 🎣

A HUGE thank-you to everyone who fished with Net Dreams Charters this year. We truly appreciate every booking, referral, review, photo, and memory you shared with us. ❤️

Here’s to the final days of 2026 — and looking forward to getting back on the water in 2027!
