Rock or Treat starts today, 10/16/21.

You are cordially invited to Fall into Wanderland!! Don't just follow the white rabbit, BE the white rabbit.
This event is crafted to encourage participants of all ages to wander the downtowns of Montague and Whitehall to discover all of the wonderful businesses there; and to savor the flavor of the area.
White Lake Wanderland thought it especially important to hold this event to help businesses recover from the pandemic.
No monies are being requested of the participating businesses and the Wanderland group is buying the prizes from the area businesses.
YOU can help by participating and having a lot of FUN!
Adults are to get into costume and wander the down towns (costumes are optional, there is a recommended route, see below) visiting businesses to get their entries punched and enjoy what each business has going on. Along the route, rocks will be gently hidden. Adults can turn these rocks in at the business specified on the rock for discounts on food and drink. Great fun will be had by all!
Here are the details:
Route: start in the parking lot of North Grove Brewing. ( you can reverse the route also) Proceed west up Spring Street, turn south onto Ferry Street, turn left onto Dowling and cross the causeway, turn onto Colby and then North at Mears, ending in the parking behind the Arts Council. You are encouraged to stray off that trail as often as you wish. For example, go north on Ferry and visit Tri-County Feeds; or, go further East on Colby and check out Green Ginger. Make sure to find rocks along the way to exchange for deals/treats.
Heck! Make this part of your punch card entry and go all over! This is NOT a parade and participants are encouraged to wander, go shopping, find scavenger photo ops (see the Thrift Date event and the Get Punchy event), have a nibble and/or a drink at various businesses.
THERE ARE PRIZES!! To enter, as you wander take photos of yourselves and post them on your page with the hashtag: .
Prizes will be awarded from those photos for Best individual costume and Best group costumes.

What a Great turn out for White Lake Wanderland Trail of Treats was awesome. A fantastic turn out !
