many summer activities including ATV trails, hiking, mountain biking, boating and golfing. Great getaway, off the grid, 800 sq. plus cabin, easy access, only a 15 minute drive to Montrose. Heat with the wood stove, has indoor bathroom and running hot water for long showers. Fully equipped kitchen, gas stove to cook on and refrigerator. Gas grill on the porch, and a fire pit with plenty of wood for campfire cooking. Sleeps up to six people. Includes loft that has King Size bed and two single beds and two full size futons downstairs. Rent for minimum of 30 days.
