We finally got around to doing the 4 Park Challenge! 🏰🌐🌳🎥

We made our own rules: at each park, we had to do at least 1 ride, 1 snack, 1 drink, and take a photo in front of the park’s iconic symbol. 📸

And we did it! Here’s how our day went…

📍 1st Stop: Animal Kingdom 🌳

We started our day with Na’vi River Journey in Pandora before grabbing brunch at Satu’li Canteen. This quick-service location is one of my favorites for getting the most bang for your buck, especially if you’re using the Disney Dining Plan. The entrées are typically a little more elevated than your standard theme park quick-service food.

We had two snacks in Pandora, and I also enjoyed a delicious dragon fruit margarita! 🍹

📍 2nd Stop: Magic Kingdom 🏰

We hopped on a park-to-park bus 🚌 to Magic Kingdom. Since it was a party day, the park was closing at 6:00 PM, but that also meant lighter crowds! We were able to squeeze in FIVE rides before leaving. 🙌

For our snack, we had the iconic cheeseburger spring rolls, 🍔 and our favorite drink of the day was the I Lava You Float. ❤️🔥

📍 3rd Stop: EPCOT 🌐

To get from Magic Kingdom to EPCOT, we took the Express Monorail 🚝 to the Transportation and Ticket Center and then transferred to the EPCOT monorail.

We rode two attractions: Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure and The Seas with Nemo & Friends. 🐀🐠

For our drink, I picked up the Annual Passholder tumbler🥤and filled it up at the soda machine.

For a snack with a LOT of bang for your buck, the pita wraps in Morocco are a great option. We also tried the chocolate Baumkuchen, which was such a unique dessert! 🍫

📍 4th & FINAL Stop: Hollywood Studios 🎥

We took the Skyliner 🚡 from EPCOT to Hollywood Studios and headed straight to Toy Story Land to complete our challenge with Toy Story Mania! 🎯

One of our favorite snacks at Hollywood Studios—and one that is HUGE—is the Wookiee Cookie. 🍪

And, of course, no trip to Hollywood Studios is complete without a stop at the Milk Stand in Galaxy’s Edge, where we grabbed the iconic green milk. 💚🥛

We ended our night with a table-service dinner at Roundup Rodeo BBQ. 🤠🐴

We technically could have stayed for the second showing of Fantasmic!, but by this point we had walked approximately 24,000 steps! 🥱👣

The Skyliner 🚡 took us back to our resort, where we were more than ready for a good night’s sleep after a very successful 4 Park Challenge! 🎉

A “Moderate” resort that feels “Deluxe”…
Did you know that Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort is larger than the Magic Kingdom?
🤩
This resort has so many amenities like a convention center, event space, 3 table service restaurants, 1 quick service restaurant, a rooftop lounge, a spa, bars, and even Club Level accomodations! This is the only moderate Club Level on WDW property.
🇲🇽
There are different areas of the resort with an internal bus loop so getting from point A to point B is a breeze. I stayed in the centrally located Gran Destino Tower and really enjoyed being in the heart of all of the action.
🚍
The Dig main pool area is one of the best on Disney property. Each area of the resort also has their own quiet pools as well.
🏊‍♀️
For bigger families requiring more space there are suite style accommodations at this resort.
🍽️
The food and drinks were very tasty had a Mexican flare that fit with the Three Cabellaros theming of the resort. I was able to enjoy a delicious burger, churros, and chicken and waffles in their restaurants (shoutout to Chef Ron for making all these options gluten free too)!

I highly recommend Coronado Springs Resort if you are seeking many amenities and activities at a moderate price point.
