🌊 Cruise Review: MSC Seashore 🛳
by Amanda at Destinations Away Travel
I just got back from a cruise on MSC Seashore and wanted to share the real scoop for those of you curious about this ship—especially if you’ve seen some of the mixed reviews floating around.
✨ First Impressions
The ship is stunning. Super clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Everything felt fresh, and the vibe was relaxed.
👍 Service
Let’s clear this up: I had zero complaints about service. The crew was just as friendly, helpful, and attentive as any cruise I’ve taken with Royal Caribbean or Carnival.
🍴 Food
There was plenty of variety and something for everyone. No, it’s not five-star dining, but the food held up well and I never left a meal hungry.
🚢 Getting On and Off
Embarkation and disembarkation were both smooth and efficient. No chaos, no stress—just how you want to start and end a vacation.
🏖 Ocean Cay (Private Island)
This was a highlight. Ocean Cay is gorgeous and feels natural and peaceful. It’s not flashy like CocoCay, but if you’re in the mood for a laid-back beach day, it delivers. Families with younger kids might prefer more built-in entertainment, but for a “sit back and soak up the sun” vibe, it’s perfect.
⚠️ A Few Things to Know
Elevators get crowded, especially during peak times. I used the stairs often.
Drinks aren’t allowed in pools or hot tubs, so plan to sip from the sidelines.
🛳 Would I Recommend It?
Yes, 100%. MSC Seashore is a great option for couples, adults, and chill-seekers. If your family needs high-energy activities around the clock, we can explore other options, but MSC offers a great experience for the price.
