A very rare catch at our nearshore reef today! A Mahi-Mahi (aka dolphin fish) made a surprise appearance while casting for Spanish Mackerel. It’s uncommon to catch these within a mile of the beach. Today’s focus was fishing and we had some other great success as well. Big sheepshead, large flounder and gray trout made for a super-fun day.
