A little behind the scenes of what we were up to this past weekend! ✈️
Dustin and I headed to Nashville for our Inner Circle meeting, where we spent a couple of days learning from some incredible people in the short-term rental industry, exchanging ideas, and challenging ourselves to think bigger.
Even though we own and manage three vacation rentals, we’re always looking for ways to improve what we’re doing.
One of my biggest takeaways from the weekend was that growth isn’t just about adding more properties. It’s about building better systems, surrounding yourself with the right people, and continuing to improve the guest experience.
We came home with pages of notes, fresh ideas, and a long list of things we’re excited to implement!
One thing we’ve learned through this journey is that there’s always something new to learn, and being surrounded by people who challenge you to grow is invaluable.
