location of this cabin makes it an ideal place to watch the changing colors of the seasons, hike trails, take scenic drives and visit local wineries. From quaint little towns in the foothills to impressive waterfalls, there is never a shortage of day trips and activities. Of course, if it’s solitude you’re after, this is also the right place. Sit a while in a rocking chair on the porch overlooking the thick dense forests and mountain sunsets. Rise early to catch the misty mountain mornings and wandering deer. A post from August, but the article was great. This is a great restaurant in Blue Ridge, Ga that we visit regularly. Local food and the nicest chefs/owners you will ever meet. They just opened up a grocery store next door that is a picture on our page in the Blue Ridge section. Very unique and tasty food and light meals to have on the porch.

One of the great events nearby in Brasstown NC. I have been to this school 3 times for classes and this weekend festival happens the first weekend of every October. There is tons of things like this for the season. Take a getaway!!!!!
