MOVE with,a guided hike through the Italian countryside, walks among the olive groves, optional Pilates, yoga and mobility workshops, and plenty of time outdoors.

NOURISH with incredible food, chef-prepared meals, fresh local ingredients, rest, relaxation and time to slow down.

CONNECT with each other, with the local culture and people we meet, and with this beautiful part of Italy.

We’ll explore historic Ascoli Piceno, make pasta together, shop and linger over long Italian meals.

We’ll walk through a local vineyard with the w**emaker, learn about the w**es of Le Marche, then settle in for a tasting and three-course farm-to-table lunch overlooking the countryside.

And just down the road is Civitanova Alta, a 13th-century hilltop village we can walk to for a coffee, gelato, a little shopping or simply a wander through town.

There’s plenty of time to just enjoy being in Italy, too. Swim. Visit the on-site spa. Read by the pool. Take a nap. Play tennis or pickleball.

Do as much or as little as you like. It’s your vacation.

Come move, explore, eat really well, try something new, laugh, linger over long meals, make new friends and give yourself permission to slow down.

Travel isn’t just about seeing a place. It’s about how we show up while we’re there.

Supporting the communities we visit matters deeply to me. We receive so much from these places, and it’s important that we give something back.

This year, for our SEVA, we’re supporting Casa Kuska in Ollantaytambo, a cultural center and library for local children and families.

It’s a place where kids can read, get academic support, create art, play, and feel safe.

Ollantaytambo is my favorite town on earth. And spaces like this really matter.

In this region, many students aren’t yet reaching expected levels in reading and math. Casa Kuska is working to change that through free library access, workshops, and educational support.

If you’d like to contribute, your donation helps keep this space open for kids to learn, create, and build confidence 🤍

Machu Picchu, Peru. How often have you thought about going… and then waited for someone else to go with you?

And it just doesn’t quite come together.

Many of my guests come solo—and leave with new friends! It ends up being one of the best parts of the trip.

A trickle of water. That’s all it takes to create thousands of salt pools, shimmering in the sun high in the Sacred Valley.

At Maras, salt has been harvested this way since at least 500 CE—by hand, by heart, and by the rhythm of the earth.
This place isn’t just beautiful. It’s alive with history, tradition, and something you can feel, but can’t quite explain.

Peru has a way of changing you.
And I’d love to share it with you.
