Meet Grayson, Monroe, Promise, and Andrew — four kids who found each other through , a nonprofit rooted in possibility, dignity, and connection for people who are blind or visually impaired and the families who walk beside them.
They never shared the same room. Just a screen, a shared love of music, and moms who showed up for every single call.
Four years later, this April, they finally made it to Rancho Contento.
It started with a visit from the and a walk around the ranch. They held a chicken for the first time. Then an early morning tour at where they rode a horse for the first time, and a photoshoot with . Back at the ranch, sat down with them for a private drum session… four musicians, one room, finally together.
brought a Mediterranean chef’s dinner to the table, and closed the night with a sound bath and the handpan, something none of them had ever touched before.
Finally, we gathered around and celebrated his birthday surrounded by the family they had been building, from a thousand miles away.
This is what Rancho Contento is for. And this is what Grayson’s View makes possible.
A special thank you to the desert village that showed up. Each of you made this retreat what it was.
To mama — thank you for staying connected this past year and for bringing everyone together to make this happen.
And to the four mamas — your commitment to your children, every single day, does not go unnoticed. You inspire us all. Come again soon! 🙏🤍🤠
