🛑🛑🛑Big Disney News!!!!! Walt Disney World CONFIRMS bus AND boat transportation is returning to a verification system at Disney Springs on a permanent basis
⭐️⭐️Beginning June 28, Guests boarding Disney Resort hotel buses and the Sassagoula River Cruise from Disney Springs will be asked to show a valid Disney Resort hotel room key, dining reservation, or experience reservation for the Resort they are visiting. Disney Resort Guests may also use their MagicBand to verify their Resort hotel stay.”
If staying at a WDW Resort hotel, you can use transportation to visit other resorts and not just where you’re staying.
If you will still be staying at another Disney Resort Collection hotel, you could show them your reservation at your home Resort and still board the bus to visit another Resort.
It has also been confirmed that this is not temporary!!!!
“As of now, it is a permanent change, but our policies and procedures could change at any time.
On a few occasions now, bus transportation from Disney Springs temporarily required proof of a Walt Disney World hotel reservation, dining reservation, or activity reservation.
It will also be in place for boat transportation to Saratoga Springs, Old Key West, and Port Orleans.
During trial runs, guests needed to have their MagicBand or Key to the World Card scanned before being able to board a bus from Disney Springs to any WDW Resort hotel ⭐️⭐️
Not only does this help bus and traffic flow, but it stops guests from parking at Disney Springs to avoid parking fees at the theme parks!!!!!
