Yesterday was another one for the books!!!

We saw 30-40 humpback whales with lots of breaching, thousands of dolphins, and Hopper’s orca pod! This has easily been one of the most productive October’s we’ve ever seen and we’re hopeful the action will continue deep into November and December!

Wow wow WOW!!! 🤯🐋🌅

Yesterday’s sunset was one for the books! We spent time with a mother and calf who could not stay in the water. Both whales breached and played at the surface for well over an hour giving everyone aboard a once in a lifetime show! Halfway through their breach-a-thon, a pod of around 3,500 common dolphins raced by. So many other whales around as well with lots of sunset breach displays!

Nature delivered BIG TIME today!!! 🤯

We were treated to virtually nonstop surface action all day as the whales flung themselves from the sea hundreds of times. Every where you looked, a whale was breaching or tail-lobbing. 2,000 common dolphins also entered the feeding frenzy and joined large groups of sea lions and whales as they gorged on anchovies. A little bit of a chop today and tomorrow, but we’re looking forward to smooth sailing starting on Monday!

Another amazing autumn day out of Moss Landing!!!

We got to spend the day with loads of humpback whales, 1,000 common dolphins, and orcas! This fall season continues to produce incredible sightings! As we keep saying: GET. ON. A. BOAT!!! 🚢🐋🫍🐬

We’re watching lots of orcas, RIGHT NOW!!! 🫍🫍🫍

Multiple pods are swimming straight in towards Moss Landing with plenty of humpbacks around! This is the best time of year to see orcas, so grab a spot today!

From sunrise to sunset, today just kept producing incredible wildlife encounters! 🌅🐋🐬

We got to spend time with hundreds of common dolphins, bow-riding bottlenose dolphins, and lots of active humpbacks! Orcas were also reported far to the west, so they’re still hanging around! October is one of the best if not the best months to enjoy the bay, so get out on the boat while everything is this wonderful!

Absolutely incredible day out with the whales!!!

We had an immensely friendly whale who wouldn’t leave the boat alone. There are still tons of whales around the harbor as well, showing off by breaching, tail-lobbing, and more! We also got to see bottlenose dolphins multiple times and then ended the day with orcas! Can’t wait to see what tomorrow and the next week bring! 🐋🫍🐬

Amazing action shots from the past few days!

We’re still seeing so many humpbacks in front of Moss Landing! The surface behaviors have been extraordinary and the best we’ve seen all year! Lots of dolphins have been around as well!
