It’s been an absolute whale-bonanza out there!!!
In the last two days alone, we’ve encountered 9 different species of cetacean in the bay. The stars have been the blue whales, who have popped up in extraordinary numbers. We saw well over a dozen today with more moving into the bay. Fin whales, humpbacks, orcas, dolphins, minke whales, Dall’s porpoise, and even killer whales have all made appearances in the last two days alone. We also saw sharks and sunfish! This might be the best chance of the year to see blue whales, so don’t wait!
