Our Story - 42 Basel at Lake Winnipesaukee

42 Basel is a summer rental property located near scenic Lake Winnipesaukee in the Suissevale community of Moultonborough, NH. The home sleeps up to 10 people, and includes lots of extras to make every guest’s stay enjoyable, such as a large Weber grill, house-wide high-speed internet (wifi), air conditioning, wall-mounted flat screen TV with cable and surround sound, three kayaks, loads of beach toys (and life jackets), a fully-outfitted kitchen, and a high capacity washer and dryer. Our one acre lot has plenty of forest to roam in, and the Suissevale private beach is a short walk away.

We began renting the home in 2013, and are proud that almost half of our guests each year are repeat visitors. We have received 100% excellent reviews from guests, both online and in our guest book at the house. Our home is available from Memorial Day through Columbus Day, and for the last few years has sold out by mid-spring for the people from Bike Week (mid-June) through Labor Day.
