We offer our vacation home owners and our guests a boutique level of customer service & personalized attention to detail. We service the entire short term rental process, meaning we:

* market our homes on over 180+ websites (using professional photos);

*answer all questions from prospective guests & manage the booking process;

* coordinate the check-in process and take care of guests while they are staying in our vacation homes;

*handle the check-out process (including coordinating all cleaning & maintenance) and

*issue monthly statements to home owners & remit taxes to state & local tax authorities.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “This house is very comfortable and quite attractive. I especially appreciated the good mattress and all of the nice touches to make our stay as pleasant as it could be. So cool to be able to look out the window and see Mr. Gator sunning himself on the platform in the middle of the lagoon. We spent a lot of time on the front balcony, especially in the morning with coffee. At night the comfy sofa made it a pleasure to relax and watch tv. I will say, this is one of my favorite spots to stay in so far, and we have been in a lot of places over the years.”

Some of the other comments say how bright and airy it is – which is true! – but it’s also clean, a priority of mine when I rent a house for a weekend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “I had a wonderful stay at this property. The rooms were well-furnished and all items were in great condition. The screened-in deck was my favorite spot to watch the deer play, the gators swim and the turtles float. There are 2 beach access walkways within 5 mins and the walking / biking paths made exploring fun with my dog. I would definitely stay here again!”
