Big thank you to Diamond C Trailers for sponsoring our very first Friday Burger Party! 🎉 🍔

On April 11th, we gathered in the backyard of the Mount Pleasant Chamber of Commerce for a sunny afternoon filled with good vibes, great company, and even better burgers—thanks to our friends at Diamond C Trailers who grilled up some delicious patties for everyone to enjoy!

🎉 Congratulations to The Fostering Collective on their Ribbon Cutting Ceremony! 🎉
We’re thrilled to welcome this incredible nonprofit to our community! Fostering Collective is dedicated to recruiting and guiding Christ-centered families in East Texas to bring hope to children in foster care. They provide essential support, resources, and encouragement to foster, adoptive, and kinship families, helping them navigate the complexities of the foster care system.  

Through initiatives like their Family Resource Center, virtual resource library, and sensory area, they equip families with the tools needed to make a lasting difference in children’s lives. 

We hope their presence in Mount Pleasant will amplify awareness and inspire more families to open their hearts and homes to children in need.

Meet Annabelle Guzman, a proud Mt. Pleasant High School graduate and dedicated member of our community. She currently works at Centerwell Home Health, where her passion for helping others truly shines.

Annabelle is a loving mother of three—one boy and two girls—who keep her life full of joy and energy. She’s also a proud Leadership Class graduate, a testament to her commitment to personal growth and community leadership.

Her favorite Chamber event? The Cinco de Mayo Festival—because it beautifully honors the diversity that makes Mt. Pleasant so special.

Being a Chamber Ambassador is more than just a title for Annabelle. Having worked at the Chamber back in 2014, she’s seen the impact firsthand and has been a passionate advocate ever since. She loves representing the Chamber and spreading the word about the many benefits it brings to our community.
