One of our favorite days of the year is almost here!

Thunder on the Mountain returns to Shastice Park on Saturday, September 5th, hosted by the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Shasta. What started as a way to bring the car community together with the town has turned into hundreds of vehicles, thousands of visitors, and real money raised for youth programs across Siskiyou County.

Expect classics, muscle, customs, motorcycles, and anything else worth showing off! Plus live music, food and drink vendors, raffles, awards, a b**r garden, and games for the kids. Free for spectators!

Bring your family and come hang out!

Mount Shasta is an amazing place for off-road riding. 🏔️
With lush forests, sunny meadows, alpine lakes, and plenty of vert, riders of all types end up grinning ear to ear.

🌲 390,840 acres of national forest in our backyard
🛞 Hundreds of miles of forest road, from mellow gravel to genuinely humbling single track
🌋 Lava flows, old growth, and creek crossings on the same tank of gas
⛰️ Climb high enough and you’ll see three Cascade peaks in one view
📵 Cell service: Mostly not offered. You’re welcome
🗺️ Grab a free Motor Vehicle Use Map at the Mt. Shasta or McCloud Ranger Station before you head out. Designated routes only, and wilderness areas are closed to motors.
