Announcement regarding our decision to Discontinue our daily rental business.

Cathy’s Country Cottage rental was due for a repaint, so we changed the color to Green!
The Tiny House rental also got a fresh repaint! 🤩

Paul and I have made the decision to DISCONTINUE our Daily Rental business, effective today! Business has been sporadic and not profitable for us to continue with all the work and expenses associated with it. We truly appreciate those that have been loyal and repeat guests, we enjoyed meeting so many wonderful people, but we are Senior Citizens ready to just enjoy our family and our Grandchildren!
Thank you for your patronage, for supporting my Super Host status, for acknowledging our clean rentals and we especially appreciate those of you who were very respectful of our properties! Thank you! 🙏

Paul and Dale are back from having the Mount Logan weighed today. She weighed in at 20,980 pounds. That includes ALL the appliances, washer/dryer, 2 decks, powder coated, iron rails, etc.
The smaller deck to the front door, folds up flush to the side of the house. The larger, rear deck has a w***h that draws the deck up for traveling.

My husband, Paul Gnade, and our dear friend, Dale, are pulling the Mount Logan tiny house build, to get it weighed.
He plans to see if he can generate some interested buyers to SELL this beauty during this Total Eclipse event!
It is projected that people are coming to our area from all over!! Mountain View, Arkansas

Want to give a shout out to Storm Shield Roofing Systems for the great job their crew did on tearing off and replacing our roofing on our Cottage rental house!
I commend them for all their hard work and effort, working in this horrible HEAT and staying on schedule for completing this job. They also deserve to be recognized for doing such a wonderful job of cleaning up afterwards!
Highly recommend them for all your roofing needs ‼️👍🏻
