We finally had our first guest after firing our last property manager. The guest left a wonderful 10 out of 10 review. Thank you!

10/10 Excellent

Every thing we expected and more. Beautiful cabin, very clean, felt very secure.

Liked: cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy, value for money

A few more updates to KC's Kabin. We had the cabin recently stained. It looks great! The cabin hadn't been stained since we owned it and it was definitely in need.

I stained the porch railing which were also in need of an update.

All new smoke detectors. The others were over 20 years old!

A new sofa table behind one sofa. It has an electrical outlet and USB ports if needed.

We are trying to update the guest experience also. We added some small toiletry items in each bathroom. We also added a beverage /snack basket to welcome guests when they walk in.

I put together a booklet of cabin guidelines, instructions and places of interest.

Finally, we also went out on our own. We fired our property manager in March. The cabin is available on VRBO now.

Latest addition to the cabin. We put a nice recliner up in the loft bedroom so people can sit and watch TV instead of just laying on the bed.

We recently fired our property manager and are thinking of going out on our own. We will hopefully be listing the cabin on Airbnb in the near future so stay tuned!
